is a woodworking studio located near Ucluelet , BC, Canada. Our mission is to produce quality custom designed cabinets, furniture and mouldings for residential and commercial customers.
Wood For Life provides you with personal design options and unique high quality products made from local woods, value added woods, and hardwoods. Wood For Life will strive to produce an environmentally conscious product using value added wood when possible and at the customers request.
The Owner of Wood For Life, Lyle Wellman realized his passion and talent for working with wood through renovations and remodeling. He takes raw milled wood and creates design, quality and function. Lyle is a Certified Joinery/Cabinetmaking graduate from the North Island College Cabinetmaking/Joinery program. He has been working with wood for over 25 years.
Wood For Life Custom Woodworking Ltd. will custom design and build any furniture or cabinet ideas the customer requests. Some of the commonly requested items are: Cedar Chests, Coffee Tables, End Tables, Kitchen Butcher block islands, Entertainment units, Bookshelves, Dining Room or Hall Tables, Wardrobes and Patio Furniture.
